I placed an offer for my mother for mother days from out of town. Placed the order directly with the store. When my mother recieved the flowers, they were nothing like the picture, the volume of the flowers was less then half of what they should have been and the store owner, brad Hogan was horrible to deal with. He argued without even seeing the flowers that were delivered, was extremely rude and overall very poor customer service. What a waste of money! I could have gone to the grocery store and bought the same bouquet for 1/10 of the price! And he doesn't even stand behind his work.... just at the end of 10 mins of arguing, comes out with the fact that they don't have flowers left! After paying so much, you think they would at least fill the vase!Update: after sending photos of the flowers, he was much nicer on the phone and is giving a refund. Although, he never apologized and I am still upset with the horrible things he said and the way he behaved..... won't be using or recommending to anyone.
