Great customer service experience today! I was in the middle of an appointment when I was asked for certain documentation regarding my insurance. I was worried that I wouldnt be able to get the information they needed so quickly. However, all it took was a phone call lasting less than two minutes for the documentation I needed to be emailed and sitting in my inbox. Less than 2 minutes!!... and it was lunch hour. Incredible
